Let’s Plan a Party!

I enjoy planning and organizing events not only in my day to day work at the clinic but also when it comes to gatherings and parties for our family.  Below are just a few examples of the birthday parties I have planned for my little ones.

J’s – 6th Birthday – Lego Chima Theme (photo/snap shot coming soon!)

Charlies 1st Birthday - Mickey MouseC’s -1st Birthday – Mickey Mouse Theme – For C’s birthday – we decided Mickey Mouse would be great.  As I do most of the time I searched pinterest and other sites to get ideas on what would be some good ideas.  Custom shirts were created by my mom for the boys which turned out fantastic!  I custom made the invites and the thank you’s.  Treat bags and also the décor followed the same theme throughout.  The party was hot diggity dog!

Jackson's Super Hero Themed BirthdaysJ’s  4th & 5th Birthday – Super Heroes Theme – J’s loved and still does love super heroes! His 4th & 5th parties were easy to pull together with all of the hero items on the market.  I again created the invites for both and coordinated the food, treats (cookies, cupcakes, cake, and even cake pops) to match his favorite heroes.  It was a HULK-smashing hit!

Sesame Street Elmo BirthdayJ’s 1st & 2nd Birthday – Elmo /Sesame Street Theme – For J’s first birthday we knew we wanted something special.  Who wouldn’t right!  His favorite character at the time was Elmo. So – for the first time ever I decided I would make him an elmo cake myself…..it turned out great however the cake business is definitely not for me!  Family and friends all wore sesame street character shirts to join in on the fun.
